HPLC application with amperometric detection The review of publications devoted to the application of the method of high-performance liquid chromatography with amperometric detection is presented. Are discussed the application areas and their advantages in comparison with other types of detectors. Such qualities as high sensitivity and selectivity in determining markers of diseases and oxidative stress, as well as in the analysis of polyphenolic compounds, are noted.

A comparative analysis of red dry wine by methods of high-performance liquid chromatography and atomic emission spectroscopy A study was made of the chemical composition of ten samples from different regions of origin using high-performance liquid chromatography and atomic-emission spectroscopy with inductively coupled plasma. The content of organic acids, trans-resveratrol, ochratoxin A, and elemental composition were determined.
