We accept articles from Russian and foreign authors
The main types of journal publications are:
Reviews: 15,000 symbols (10–12 printed sides),
Original article, the extent up to 15,000 symbols (6–8 printed sides),
Brief statement, the extent up to 2.000 symbols (2–2.5 printed sides)
Editorial board reserves the right not to publish some received articles because of the limited magazine capacity.

PEER REVIEW CONDITIONS OF A MANUSCRIPT SUBMITTED TO PUBLISHING HOUSE TECHNOSPHERA
- Scientific articles submitted to the editorial boards of journals ELECTRONICS: STB, NANOINDUSTRY, LAST MILE, PHOTONICS RUSSIA, ANALYTICS are subject to mandatory peer review, upon the author's written request.
- The Editor-in-Chief determines whether the article complies with the journal's profile and formatting requirements and forwards it for review to a member of the editorial board overseeing the topic or to an external specialist, a doctoral or candidate of science, with a specialization most closely related to the article's topic and a history of publications within the past three years.
- Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts submitted to them are the property of the authors and contain confidential information. Reviewers are not permitted to make copies of articles or use the article's contents for their own purposes. Reviewing is confidential.
- A copy of the review may be provided upon request to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
- The review period is determined by the Editor-in-Chief on a case-by-case basis. The maximum review period — between the date of receipt of the manuscript (version) by the editors and the editorial board's decision — is two months.
- The review shall include:
a) the conformity of the article's content with its title,
b) an assessment of the relevance of the manuscript's content,
c) an assessment of the presentation format,
d) the appropriateness of the article's publication,
e) a detailed description of the article's strengths and weaknesses.
The final section of the review of the manuscript, based on its analysis, should contain clear conclusions from the reviewer, either on its publication in its current form, on the need for revision or reworking (with constructive comments), or on deviations from publication with justification. - If the review contains recommendations for correction and revision of the article, it is sent to the author with a proposal to consider the recommendations when preparing a new version of the article or to provide a reasoned rebuttal. The article revised by the author is resubmitted for review.
- If the reviewer does not recommend the article for publication, the editorial board may send the article for revision taking into account the comments made, or send it to another reviewer. The text of the negative review is sent to the author upon request.
- Manuscripts that have received conflicting reviews should be sent for additional review. If a manuscript receives two negative reviews, the publisher reserves the right to immediately reject the submitted manuscript and not publish it.
- The final decision on publication is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal jointly with the editor-in-chief of the joint editorial board.
- After the decision on publication is made, the responsible editorial secretary notifies the author by telephone or email.
- Original reviews are kept by the editorial board for five years.
- The editorial board assumes no obligations regarding the publication deadlines for manuscripts.
- The following are not subject to review:
– forum resolutions recommended for publication by members of the editorial board and presented as articles;
– interviews and reports from conferences, roundtables, specialized exhibitions, etc.;
– informational, informational-advertising, and image articles, announcements, and announcements.
