The features of high-temperature high-performance liquid chromatography (HT HPLC) are discussed. HPLC methods that use high temperatures, as well as detectors and sorbents used at high temperatures are listed. The areas of application are considered and the main advantages of HT HPLC are shown: a significant reduction in the separation time, an increase in the efficiency of columns, the possibility of using pure water as an eluent. The negative effect of high temperatures on the stability of both the compounds to be separated and the sorbents was noted.
