Is it possible to teach a neural network to recognize the structure of a substance from a photograph of crystals, speed up instrument data processing tenfold, and enhance materials discovery by thousands of times? Scientists sought answers to these questions at the second scientific conference «Artificial Intelligence in Chemistry and Materials Science,» which took place from November 17 to 21, 2025, at the N. D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences and became one of the most notable events of the year in the field of digital chemistry.
